Poker and the law in the United States are quite clear, but still unclear. The poker law is clear because it states that gambling is illegal. The poker law of the US seems to be unclear because it varies and is modified with exceptions to still let the show of poker to take place around the United States. Some states in the United States permit poker, while some states abandon it. Poker law is really confusing.
